J'ai aussi une paires de questions :
1) 
correspond-il (forcément) au total réel des heures de fonctionnement ?
Dans le cas précis, l'estimation "à la louche" serait du double > 30000h
Ce n'est qu'une estimation mais si l'usage réel est largement supérieur à la valeur smart  => qu'en conclure pour les autres données?
